Artist retain the copyright of the artwork so DO NOT trace (or ask other artist to trace) our work, both for commission results and personal arts.

Artist reserve the rights of canceling/declining Client order If Artist doesn't feel comfortable drawing it or Client have been proved troublesome in any way.

DO NOT ask Artist to draw in a different style. If Client commission us, it's because Client like our work, not because their favorite artist is busy.

If Client don't have a design yet and want to design the character/ outfit/ character+outfit from scratch, don't worry we can make it work, but please make sure to checkmark the design fee on the adds-on.

By purchasing any of our services Client is automatically accepting our terms of service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising that they won't harm any of these rules.

Payment confirms your commission slot and reserves time in the Artist's schedule. Once payment has been made, the commission cannot be cancelled by the Client and payment is non-refundable.

This applies even if the Artist has not started working yet, as the reserved slot may prevent another Client from being accepted.

If a Client insists on cancelling after payment, the Artist may, at their sole discretion, offer a partial refund of up to 50%. This is an exception and is not guaranteed.

If a partial refund is granted, the commission is considered terminated, and the Client may be declined from future commission services.

If the Artist cancels the commission for reasons unrelated to Client conduct, a full refund will be provided if no work has been completed. If work has already begun, an appropriate resolution will be discussed based on the progress made.

Client may set a deadline if they wish but it must be reasonable. The maximum time we need to finish a commission could take up to 2 week to 1-3 months or even more depending on how busy we are and how many commissions we currently have in queue.

If Client need their finished piece quickly and wish for their commission to be priority, there will be an option to purchase a rush fee depending on how fast they want it to be done (price range are from 25%-90% + the base price).

Artist will try to finish Client's commission as fast as we can, however please be patient with us since we also have a real life stuffs to do.

The maximum Client will have to wait for their commission without any updates is 12 months. (in the worst case scenario, which is not the usual but it may or may not happen)

By commissioning us, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above.

Only 2 free minor revisions are allowed per commission. Each revision is counted as one revision round, meaning one compiled list of requested changes.

Revision requests sent in separate messages or after a revision round is completed will be counted as a new revision round.

Minor revisions include small detail or color adjustments.

Major revisions are NOT allowed, such as redesigns, concept changes, or replacing major elements.

Revisions are accepted only during the sketch stage.

Unreasonable or excessive revision requests may be declined, charged, or result in commission cancellation.

The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch or Youtube) and more unless we sign the NDA

Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels. Client must not claim the work as their own and must credit Artist using our social tag/ username/ link at the instance of display of the work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on. Client must not edit or modify work in any way without prior permission from the Artist. Clients CANNOT ask other artist to trace the work.

Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the Artist’s websites or as agreed upon. Commercial rights means usage of work on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform. Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited

Work that is created for Client is solely theirs either it's personal or commercial-used and Artist still have the rights to post it for my portfolios unless sign the NDA for it.

Clients must notify the artist in advance if the artwork needs to remain private until a specific date. Otherwise, completed works will be posted on the artist’s socials as portfolio.

Make sure to purchase the commercial-used right if it's for commercial purposed (eg: design for Vtubers' model)
